It matters not where you start, but that you do in fact start.

From attaining Stillness/ Oneness or Enlightenment, influencing the flow of Chi & Prana in the body through to actively seeking and expanding ones capacities.
This discipline will introduce you to a handful of the many & varied Meditation Techniques & Styles for you to choose your own path.

Breathing Applications
Learning to breathe consciously and with purpose, as a discipline can dramatically improve one’s Physical Capacity, Mental Clarity, Emotional Stability and Spiritual Development.
Breathing Applications aims to increase breath awareness in daily exertion, movement and relaxation to decrease stress and facilitate wellbeing.

Dynamic Strength
This Discipline is a fusion of various Breathing Techniques, Movements & Postures to increase ones core stability and provide enhanced postural support.
Drawing on aspects of Yoga, Qi Gong, Kung Fu and Isometric Strengthening it's perfect as a standalone or accompaniment to your exercise & wellbeing regime.
