As a professional providing professional services it is a requirement that all appointments be held with a booking fee charged to a credit or direct debit card. While I strive to uphold high standards of excellence, at anytime during the course of providing services both the treating professional and/or client can halt or terminate the session. In this event discussion and collaboration with the principle therapist will commence to seek clarity for the reasons this session was halted, and arrive at a satisfactory outcome.
Reservations are by appointment and held with a 50% deposit of the total service charged to a Credit/ Direct Debit card. An appointment can be altered (alternate service OR time) during the same trading day within 6 hours of the original appointment subject to availability (time slot and suitable staff). Within this timeframe alterations cannot be guaranteed. In the event a suitable arrangement cannot be achieved and the client chooses not to attend the appointment, the terms outlined in the cancelation policy will be in effect.
A booking fee of 50% of the total service charge is applicable and payable at the time of booked services requiring a consultation. This Deposit must be done with a Credit/ Debit Card and is part of the total cost of services provided for your appointment. This is not an additional charge. Administration will phone you directly to process payment. Receipts will be emailed directly upon successful payment.
A 24 hour grace period is required to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made after this time forfeit the booking fee. Otherwise the fee can be refunded or moved to reserve an alternate booking.
No show :
In the event of a 'no show' for an appointment, this will also forfeit the booking fee.
We reserve the right to request a full pre-paid deposit on future appointments from 'no-show' customers. This will be at our discretion.
