Referral Services

On staff we have clinicians who have additional registration with WorkCover, TAC and are able to offer services to NDIS eligeble patients. All of these services require a letter of referral from your GP. Specialist Tactile and physical therapy is available on referral from a qualified healthcare professional, if you are having issues that are proving difficult to resolve.

Please contact the clinic directly via phone or email to arrange an appointment, or alternatively speak to your treating clinician at your appointment.

Follow - up
30 - 45min

In line with your established treatment plan, follow-up appointments are generally shorter sessions with specific focus to ensure progress as your condition evolves.

Additional Information

Periodically there will be re-assessments to gauge progress and make fundamental adjustments to your primary treatment plan if and when required, typically every 5th session. This typically involves an extended session much like the initial consultation however, this is determined on a case by case basis. Collaboration with your GP and Treatment Team may also be involved to ensure Best Practice and comprehensive care.
